Shipping Terms:
Shipping Days: Our estimated shipping days are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. While we make every effort to process and ship orders promptly, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, supplier delays, carrier issues, and unforeseen circumstances.
Responsibility for Delays: We cannot be held responsible for delays in procurement or shipping. Any delivery dates provided are estimates and are subject to change without notice.
Payment Terms:
Advance Payment: All orders must be paid for in advance of processing. Payment is only accepted either by cash deposit at the collection point/s or a bank deposit/EFT. Bank details are available on the checkout page. Orders will only be procured/processed once payment has been received and confirmed.
Breakage Disclaimer:
Packaging: While we take utmost care in packaging our products to prevent breakages during shipping, we cannot guarantee that all products will arrive in perfect condition.
Unforeseen Circumstances: We shall not be held responsible for any breakages that occur as a result of unforeseen circumstances during shipping. This includes, but is not limited to, mishandling by carriers, extreme weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
General Terms:
