These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our dropshipping services provided through our website Yummymummyz.co.za. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site.
Deliveries
Deliveries will only be made for shipments of 50kg or more. Shipments less than 50kg must be collected at a collection point (see below).
Collection points:
At present, the only collection point is in Harare at the following address: PROPET at 167 Enterprise road. (Ask at Andrews grocery shop for the Propet location)
Please note: orders not collected within three months will be sold to defray expenses.
Shipping Terms:
Shipping Schedule and Product Handling Agreement
- Estimated Shipping Schedule:
The estimated shipping duration ranges from 6 to 42 days, contingent upon procurement deliveries. - Handling of Fragile and Temperature-Sensitive Products:
Fragile and temperature-sensitive products shall be appropriately attended to using insulation or cooling packaging materials to a reasonable extent. - Shipping Days Disclaimer:
Our provided estimated shipping days are solely for informational purposes and are not contractual guarantees. Although diligent efforts are made to promptly process and dispatch orders, delays may arise due to uncontrollable circumstances, including, but not limited to, supplier delays, carrier complications, and unforeseen events. - Accountability for Delays:
We shall not be held liable for any delays in procurement or shipping. Any delivery timelines offered are approximations and may be revised without prior notice. - Shipping costs are included in the product price.
- At this point returns/ exchanges are not possible except in certain circumstances. To make such a request please contact us within 12 hours of your collection.
This Shipping Schedule and Product Handling Agreement (“Agreement”) constitutes the understanding between Yummymummyz and the recipient (“Buyer”) regarding the shipping schedule and handling of products. By engaging in transactions with the Seller, the Buyer acknowledges and accepts the terms outlined herein.
Breakage Disclaimer:
Packaging: While we take utmost care in packaging our products to prevent breakages during shipping, we cannot guarantee that all products will arrive in perfect condition.
Unforeseen Circumstances: We shall not be held responsible for any breakages that occur as a result of unforeseen circumstances during shipping. This includes, but is not limited to, mishandling by carriers, extreme weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
