  • Q – Why should I make use of your services?
  • A – Because we are experienced, have an efficient delivery service, provide a tracking service, have large secure premises in both Johannesburg and the Central North West Province, and are profficent in procuring any product you require, including gift hamper box sets.
  • Q – How can I pay for an order in South African Rand, or any other currency, if the prices are in US$?
  • A – Use the interactive currency calculator on the right hand side to calculate the current Rand value, and pay that amount in Rand. We will very quickly pick up if there is a substantial descrepancy in the event of an underpayment, and, in such an event, you will be contacted before any procurement takes place.
  • Q – How can I place an order on YummyMummyz.co.za?
  • A – To place an order, simply browse through our products, select the items you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping and billing details, and complete the payment process in US$. Using the currency calculator, calculate the value of your purchase in whichever currency you wish to pay, and send the amount via EFT or wire transfer.
  • Q – What will happen if my product is out of stock?
  • A – In the event that your product/s are out of stock, you will be contacted with substitution options.
  • Q – What payment methods do you accept?
  • A – At present we only accept cash (paid at collection points) or bank EFT/deposits. Bank details are available on the checkout page.
  • Q – How long will it take to receive my order?
  • A – Delivery times may vary depending on your location, procurement times and the shipping method chosen. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 6 – 42 days. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched from either Johannesburg or the NW Province with an approximate expected arrival date.
  • Q – Where can I see my previous orders?
  • A – Once you have logged in, click on “Orders” on the right hand side of the screen to see all your previous orders.
  • Q – Do you offer international shipping?
  • A – We offer international shipping to select SADCC countries. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Please see the Shipping, collection and returns conditions or contact us for more details.
  • Q – Why do some products have a Zimbabwe flag on them?
  • A – These products are listed for the benefits of the residents of Zimbabwe, and their price is inclusive of delivery to Harare. If you want to place an order from any other SADCC country please contact us on the site or send a WhatsApp message on +2781 898-7447.
  • Q – What is your return policy?
  • A – Our return policy is heavily dependant on the policy of the source of procurement, and is negotiable.
    • Return Window:
      • Eligible items can be returned within a 7 to 90-day window from the date of purchase depending on the source of procurement.
    • Return Exceptions:
      • Almost all Yummymummyz items are eligible for return, except:
        • Damaged items, and worn, washed, or damaged cloth items.
        • Items labeled as non-refundable.
      • Return packages must arrive back in Johannesburg within 7 days after submitting the return request.
    • Refunds:
    • At this stage, no refunds will be issued.
  • Q – How are digital downloads delivered?
  • A – Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an email with the product in zip format. Simply download the file and follow the instructions provided for accessing the digital content. Please keep checking your spam folder.
  • Q – Are prices inclusive of VAT/Sales Tax?
  • A – Yes, 15% tax is included in the price.
  • Q – How can I obtain a tax invoice?
  • A – At present we are able to provide sales tax/VAT inclusive tax invoices.
